Over in the archives of the Quaker Renewal Forum, I came across a post* about identifying the testimonies with the acronym SPICE as a way to enliven how we speak about Quakerism. There was very little doctrine, very little spiritual experience in a sense. The testimonies are about the way Quakers try to lead their lives. • Changes we work for in the wider world. I ntegrity.
